Fitboox – Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

Fitboox ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that connects fitness professionals ("Trainers") with clients ("Users") to book fitness sessions either online (e.g., Zoom) or in person.

2. Key Definitions

Platform: The Fitboox website and associated booking software.

Trainer: A registered service provider offering fitness services.

User: A person booking a session through Fitboox.

Session: A single paid booking between a User and a Trainer.

3. Use of the Platform

Users and Trainers must be at least 18 years old.

Users agree to pay per session. No subscriptions or long-term contracts apply.

Trainers are responsible for providing their services, including session quality, safety, and delivery.

Users are responsible for attending booked sessions on time, with appropriate fitness readiness.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Users:

Payments are made securely via Stripe (or other integrated providers).

Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours before a session for a full refund, unless otherwise stated by the Trainer.

Trainers:

Trainers receive payouts minus platform fees.

Fitboox charges a monthly subscription (Starter, Pro, Elite) and retains a transaction fee (if applicable).

Trainers may set their own cancellation/refund policy, visible on their profile.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fitboox acts as a facilitator only. We are not liable for:

Injuries or accidents occurring during sessions.

Session delivery, quality, or outcomes.

Any disputes between Users and Trainers (though we will mediate where appropriate).

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users or trainers violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Fitboox (excluding user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to Fitboox Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
